This regulation is an integral part of the booking request. For
anything not expressly stated, reference is made to current
regulations.
The regulation is an integral part of the contract stipulated
between the Hotel and the kind Guests.
Each reservation, after its confirmation, has the value of a
contract according to current Italian legislation.
The contract is binding for the person making the booking and for
all other subjects mentioned in the same, including minors.
1) GENERAL INFORMATION:
The regulations of the Hotel Residence Mara are established to
guarantee uniform, orderly, peaceful and peaceful use of the structure
for everyone. The request to stay in the Hotel and the acceptance of
this request by the Hotel implies total acceptance of these
Regulations. All guests are required to respect the internal
regulations of the structure which can always be consulted on our
platforms accessible from the website www.hotelresidencemara.it, in
the booking engine at the time of booking and in the reserved booking
area. If it is not available, it can always be requested at reception.
Failure to comply with the Regulation may result in the offender being
removed from the Hotel and the fact being reported to all national and
international tourist organisations, to the agencies involved and
subject to reporting also to the Public Authority in the event that a
hypothesis of crime. We also ask you to respect all the specific
instructions given on the signs placed in the area owned and/or
pertaining to the Hotel. Parents are responsible for the actions
carried out by their minor children (or whoever exercises parental
responsibility) within the Hotel; therefore, they are required to
supervise them and ensure that they maintain polite and respectful
behaviour towards others. Unaccompanied minors under the age of 12 are
prohibited from using the lift. Any activity that could disturb other
guests is prohibited. The conduct of both adults and minors is
considered contractually relevant.
2) RESERVATION:
The reservation is to be considered confirmed only after written
communication indicating the total price of the stay and after the
payment of the deposit, to be made within the terms indicated in the
offer. If payment is not made within the required time, the
reservation is considered null and void. The reservation becomes
binding only once receipt of payment has been verified and confirmed.
We do not accept and are therefore not considered valid bookings made
by minors unaccompanied by a parent or person exercising parental
authority. Unaccompanied minors are not permitted to check in. In the
event that the minor is accompanied by an adult who is not a parent or
who does not exercise parental authority, he or she must present a
regular authorization for accompaniment signed by the parents.
Confirmation of the booking implies acceptance of the general
conditions. Upon arrival it is mandatory to present a valid
identification document for each person, including minors (identity
card, driving license, passport). The residence permit is not
considered a valid document sufficient for recognition. To make
changes to your reservation you must contact the reception staff who
will evaluate the possibility. In the event of moving the booking to a
period for which the price is higher than the amount paid, the Guest
is required to pay the difference. If the Guest is unable to occupy
the accommodations in the booked period due to difficulties with means
of transport, errors or other personal reasons, no refund will be
provided. There is no refund even for early departures or delays in
arrival compared to the dates agreed upon at the time of booking.
3) PAYMENT
In the case of reservations with free cancellation, a deposit equal to
20% of the total booked (excluding tourist tax) is required to be paid
immediately in the case of electronic payment, no later than 3 days
from the booking confirmation date in the case of bank transfer. In
case of failure to receive the deposit by the dates indicated, the
reservation will be considered null and void. The Guest will pay the
Hotel Residence Mara the prices of the Service in force at the time of
signing the contract, specified in the contractual documentation. The
balance of the reservation and any extras must be paid before
departure. In case of advance payment with a "Non-Refundable" rate,
the entire amount will be charged to the credit card or requested by
bank transfer at the time of booking.
4) TOURIST TAX
In the municipality of Jesolo there is a tourist tax.
5) PETS ALLOWED
Our four-legged guests are always welcome! We accept dogs of all size,
with a daily supplement of €5.00 per animal. Our rooms are sanitized
with dedicated products, and we try to offer you maximum availability
for cleaning management, with maids coming in at times to be agreed
with you for different needs. Four-legged friends can stay in the room
alone for short periods, as long as they are polite and do not disturb
other guests. In any case, you must provide a telephone contact if
necessary. We have reserved a dedicated area for them in both the
breakfast room and the adjacent outdoor terrace, the favorite place
for puppies (and their owners)! You can enjoy our rich buffet
breakfast in their company, served from 8.00 to 11.00. On the beach
our animal friends can walk on the walkway strictly on a leash (and
muzzled if necessary), but not stand under the umbrellas. As a Pet
Hotel we have an agreement with Bau Bau Beach, a paid beach dedicated
to our four-legged friends. It is only 700 meters from the Hotel and
guarantees our guests a 20% discount on current rates. It offers
specialized equipment and many innovative services, as well as the
possibility of swimming with your four-legged friends!
6a) CANCELLATION POLICY (withdrawal by the guest)
Cancellations must be received in writing (via email). Canceled
reservations will be subject to penalties as indicated in the
confirmed offer. The total payment of the stay must be paid even in
case of early departure.
6b) CANCELLATION POLICY (withdrawal by the Hotel)
The Hotel has the right to withdraw from the contract if the deposit
or balance of payment is not made upon arrival or within the agreed
deadline. The Hotel is authorized to withdraw from the contract
without liability for damages, in the event of: causes of force
majeure or other circumstances beyond the control of the Hotel, which
make the fulfilment of the contract impossible; booking made by
providing misleading or false information; situations in which the
Hotel has reasonable grounds to believe that providing the service may
compromise the proper functioning, safety or reputation of the Hotel,
at the sole discretion of the Hotel. The Hotel will have the duty to
immediately inform the Customer of the withdrawal. In case of
justified withdrawal, the Customer will not be able to request
compensation for damages.
7) CHARACTERISTICS OF THE SERVICE
Overnight stay and breakfast includes accommodation in the hotel
rooms, air conditioning, buffet breakfast, private unattended outdoor
parking, wi-fi connection, reserved beach place with an umbrella and
two sunbeds, free bicycle rental based on subject to availability.

Site and in other advertising forms used by the Hotel. The price of
the stay is per day. The Guest can take possession of the room from
1.00 pm on the day of arrival and must vacate it by 10.00 am on the
day of departure. The management reserves the right to charge the
price of the room if the Guest does not respect the exit time.
8) TIMES
Breakfast: from 08:00 to 11:00
Room cleaning: from 09:00 to 12:00. Guests who do not wish to have
their room cleaned daily can hang a special sign outside the door. The
staff will clean the room the next day, without further steps during
the day.
9) HOTEL RESPONSIBILITY
The Hotel will be responsible for the objects received into custody,
which will be deposited in the Hotel safe. The Hotel reserves the
right to refuse this service if the objects are by their nature
dangerous or of excessive value compared to the hotel insurance
coverage of the Hotel structure. In the event of failure of the
equipment or components of the rooms, the Hotel will repair or replace
them free of charge if they are faulty or otherwise unsuitable for
use. In the event that the defect or failure is attributable to
incompetence, tampering, negligence and/or carelessness in the use of
the same by the Guest, the Hotel will arrange for the
replacement/repair by charging the relevant price. All rooms will be
inspected by staff upon check-out to verify their status.
10) FORCE MAJEURE CAUSES
The management declines any responsibility for disservices due to
failed supplies, accidental failures of equipment or other causes of
force majeure. We decline any responsibility for damages caused by
other guests, by atmospheric events, natural disasters, epidemics,
diseases and thefts.
11) COMPETENT COURT
The Court of Venice will have exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute.
